What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant like Claude use external tools and data.
Can Claude modify my tickets?
Only if the project keeps the write tools enabled, such as create_ticket, update_ticket_status or add_comment — and within the limits of your role on the project.
