What is Grepo?
Grepo is a project-management tool for teams that work on GitHub. A project brings together several repositories, their tickets on a Kanban, shared resources, skills for Claude and the design of the product.
Who is Grepo for?
Product and engineering teams whose product is spread across several repositories: front end, API, mobile, infrastructure…
Can I use Grepo for free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: one project, three repositories and three members.
GitHub
What GitHub access do you ask for?
Grepo connects to GitHub through OAuth to read your repositories and their pull requests. It never writes to your code.
Can I use Grepo without GitHub?
You can create an account by email and use tickets, resources and the design. Linking repositories requires connecting GitHub.
Are tickets synced with GitHub issues?
No, Grepo tickets are independent of issues. They can be linked to one or more repositories.
Pricing
How is the price calculated?
Per member, per month. Read-only members are not billed.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, plus SEPA direct debit and bank transfer for the Team and Enterprise plans.
Security
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted by [hosting provider], in the European Union.
How do I protect my account?
Turn on two-factor authentication from “My account”. On the Team plan, it can be made mandatory for all members.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The design exports to Markdown, and you can request a full export at any time.
Claude & MCP
What is the MCP connector?
A personal connector: a single address for all your projects, which lets Claude read and write your tickets, consult your resources and skills and keep your design up to date, within the limits each project allows.
What do I need to use it?
A Pro plan or higher, and an MCP-compatible client: claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Claude Code.
How do I cut off Claude’s access?
Revoke the relevant key from “My account › MCP connector”, or disable the connector on the project: it takes effect immediately.
